Growing up in Michigan, I learned the value of figuring things out. Rebuilding bicycles led to working on cars and tackling home projects alongside my dad. Doing things ourselves helped stretch the family budget and sparked a lifelong interest in how things work.

I’m a U.S. Army veteran with a professional background in real estate appraisal, mortgage lending as a loan officer, compliance review, and leadership. Those experiences strengthened my attention to detail and taught me how important clear, reliable information is when making a major decision.

Today, I bring that same approach to MiHome Property Inspections. As an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector and the owner of a local, veteran-owned business, I personally perform your inspection and help you understand the findings.

Buying a home can be exciting—and overwhelming. My goal is to explain the home’s condition in plain language, clearly identify concerns, and help you understand why they matter and what steps to take next. You’ll receive a detailed photo report with practical recommendations, time to ask questions, and continued support as you review the findings.
